Community Outreach and Service

October 2025: Flowers distributed to residents at Long Community by children

November 2025: Kindness Wheel at Big Blue Battle and youth collected donations to buy Christmas gifts to donate to children in the community. Thank you to the MT Youth Cheerleaders for making pins. Kindness Grows partnered with Highland Presbyterian Church to purchase and wrap gifts for children.

December 2025: The Kindness Grows Club and Highland Presbyterian Youth Group made cards and ornaments as part of care packages donated to residents at Hamilton Arms.

Thank you to Founders Market for sponsoring our Elf-themed Kindness Grows Christmas tree at Penn Medicine Park. Thank you to those who voted and donated to Kindness Grows.

February 2026: The Kindness Grows Club will start the Be the Reason Kindness Grows Campaign. The week of Valentine's Day, random kindness messages will be spread around the school.

March 2026: The Kindness Grows Club will spread kindness with surprising people with a kind message and flowers in their car door handle.

April 2026: The Kindness Grows Club will partner with an elementary school to teach kindness to elementary students.

May 2026-October 2026: Our Adopt a Grandparent Program will kick off! An aged individual will be paired with youth from the community. The goal is to demonstrate the benefit of intergenerational relationships and decrease loneliness. There will be monthly events and weekly touch points. Please let us know if you or your child is interested in helping! Thank you to Penn State's CGNE for supporting the program!
